Return & Refund Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics, lip balms, perfume oils, bath bombs, and nail polish are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

If an item arrives damaged, customers should contact support within 7 days of delivery for inspection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
